Quick animated sketch drawn on Rough Animator (Ipad) as we were brain storming
whilst game director said (I'm playing around with gravity mechanic on unity) and it
all started taking form in my head and ideas were drippling from my Ipad pen!

Final game with director modification to game design whereas the player has to actually land on a beautiful shiny planet via aiming around small planets that Attracts or Repel you to modify your path to land correctly and progress to the next level!

Early stage concept render
Originally, Art Direction aimed for Semi-Chibi and typical space vibe with redness indicating sun position, while the main character proceed from a planet to another, that redness fades away giving a feeling of expanding out of the solar system a little by little.
However, the game required collision precision for the character and clarity mixed with peace in background due to the fact that the character is asleep.. and is dreaming!
Character was changed to a customized (Round-Chibi) form for collisions indicating and accuracy enhancements.. and most importantly to allow for game designers to utilize all the free space on phone-screen in puzzles creating.


Final Art Direction (Final Puzzle)

Space hopper is a charming gravity puzzle game with a touching narrative. The game tells the story of Shehab. A little boy who lost his mother and dreams about meeting her in heaven.
